All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via U.S.P.S. unless it's a custom order, which may take longer. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Babies So Klutch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

I take pride in my workmanship and the satisfaction of my customers, therefore I offer a 7-day refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly offer a refund. A refund request must be submitted on the contact page, prior to receiving a refund, detailing all the information, within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon approval, you will need to return the product within 7 days of approval for a refund. If the product is not returned within 7 days, a refund will not be honored. Babies So Klutch is not responsible for the shipping cost of returns. Once the product is received, you will receive a refund in the form of the payment you submitted. In all other circumstances, there is a Non-Refund Policy. Custom orders are Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable, and Non-Exchangeable, unless faulty by Baby So Klutch.
